The article reveals topical issues of incentives in the field of civil service, examines and studies the concept of civil service, reveals its features. The article also discusses some of the concepts of incentives for civil servants. The article also analyzes the mechanisms of incentives for civil servants based on the results of a specific sociological study. We analyzed the factors that determine the need to increase the level of incentives in the field of public service. And also the actual ways of improving the mechanisms and means of stimulating civil servants have been investigated.
