ROLE OF CHOREOGRAPHY AND MOOVEMENT IN OPERAS STAGED BY ZEFFIRELLI, PONNELLE, PIZZI, CHEREAU

The article examines the role of choreography and movements in operas staged by Zeffirelli, Ponnelle,Pizzi, Chereau. It seems relevant to analyze a modern spectacle and to reveal the staging method of drammaturgical and visual expression. Choregraphy in the opera is considered as a tool of expression of ideas of the auther and the composer, choosen by the stage director. The art of choreogrraphy is seen as an important instrument of stage director.
