GRILLE DYNAMICS. PHASE TRANSITIONS. LOW DIMENSIONAL SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT OF THE FRENKEL-KONTOROVA MODEL. 1. BASIC STATE AND DYNAMICS
Keywords:
FK model, discreteness, continual approximation, exact solution, solitonAbstract
Exact solutions of the discrete FK-model for the ground state and its dynamics are obtained. Numerous differences between these solutions and their continual approximations are revealed. As a development of the FK model, a function of the elastic dispersion law () x with two local minima is proposed.
