TITLE OF THE PAPER: SYSTEM INNOVATION PROCESS AS A WAY OF IMPROVING COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract

In the paper, the authors presented their vision of the innovation process, which becomes systemic under the condition of constant transformation of the innovation management model within corporations. The purpose of such management is to create a model of the existing innovation process taking account of the risks of the enterprise for the growth of its competitiveness.

This paper has practical benefits for business owners who wish to introduce their company to a leading position in the market. In the modern world, with the development of scientific and technological progress, innovations have become the main advantage of successful companies. The authors consider the forms of correlation between innovation and competition.

The classification of innovations and various forms of its influence on the activity of the company is given. The article also describes the sources and resources for the realization of the innovation process of enterprises. Through innovation assessment, it is possible to obtain data on the competitiveness of goods for the near and medium-term, as well as to gain an understanding of the need for further actions that transform the competitive advantages of a particular product or service into the competitiveness and leadership of the entire enterprise.
